Esereh Youth and Family Center (pronounced ÈZEREY) was incorporated in the fall of 1999 and received its non-profit status in February of 2000.  Ever sense then, Esereh has strived to be an organization that is of service to our community by providing services that strengthens the foundation of our community.  Esereh believes strengthening the families that make up our community makes for a better community; thus, Esereh's motto of "bridging families to success!"

Esereh's Impact

To date, Esereh has assisted approximately over 2500 clients and their families throughout Palm Beach County. In turn, these individual families have been empowering other families in their communities, and collectively impacting hundreds of children.

Esereh's Purpose

Esereh Youth and Family Center, Inc., which was originally organized primarily to help prevent homelessness of pregnant teens, was founded in answer to the desperate needs of youths and their families for the following purposes:

• Provide youths and their families with temporary and transitional housing in order to ease the process of becoming self-sufficient.

• Establish a comprehensive system that promotes personal and community development to enhance interaction among different groups and encourages harmony in society.

• Facilitate the ability of young parents to educate their children by cultivating a spectrum of coping mechanisms to mitigate daily stresses, as well as traumatic personal histories.

• Educate young parents and their families in effective methods of improving their quality of life, health and well-being through practical, emotional support and interventions.
